Important details regarding All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and Registration procedure followed by State Bar after the date of Gazette i.e. June 12, 2010, the date of Resolution passed by BCI i.e. August 26, 2012 and the date of Letter issued by BCI i.e. April 12, 2013 :- Minimum Qualification for AIBE: - 1) Candidate must pass LL.B. and 2) Candidate must be enrolled with any state bar council. Bar council of India Rules (Condition for Right to Practice) was published in the Gazette of India on June 12, 2010.
